We have developed a programme which lists numbers starting a 0 in a table of 3 columns.

This programme will be used to solve maths puzzles.
If we think of each table as a page - page one would read 0 1 2, page two, 3 4 5, page three 6 7 8
We need to be able to enter a number up to 100 characters and see where the number lies i.e. in column 1, 2 or 3 of the relevant ‘page’. I.e. if we entered number ‘4’ it would show it it appears on page two and in the middle column.
Development work required:
1. We have managed to code the above, however, due to a php restriction we are only able to input ‘NATURAL numbers’ up to 10 digits. We need the system to work up to 100 digits number.
2. Add an extra input box ‘PRIME number input box’ under the table where you can type a second number. after clicking ‘submit’ This ‘PRIME number’ is then placed in row 4 above its equivalent number number.
3. Finally row three is populated with 0’s in every column apart from the column where the “PRIME number’ has been placed, which has a 1 in it.
So the process for the user is
a) user inputs ‘NATURAL number’ into input box 1 and clicks ‘submit’
b) they then see the relevant page with the table and the number they have entered in context.
c) they then enter a ‘PRIME number’ into input box to and click ‘submit’ the previous results are kept on the tables but now line 3 and 4 are also populated.
d) user clicks a re-set button to clear the results.
---- See attached screen shot ----
***part 2 and 3 are really simple once you understand them - I use the terms NATURAL and PRIME input boxes, however, from the coding point of view these are just titles and do not require any special coding***
