Hello I have reviewed your project description and i can do this job for you. But please consider the following: 1. Developing a Plugin would be a lot more costly for you. Also this plugin will most likely be useless if Joomla, Jomsocial, Job Factory release their next version. So i basically recommend you: A custom work instead of plugin. Because you'll need to update the plugin if you go for plugin and you would need to update the custom work if you go for custom work :: When any new version is released and applied in your website. So sensibly custom work will do the job. 2. The custom work will effect on: Common Login, Common Sign UP, Common edit profile etc. 3. You have mentioned that "will like to use the jomsocial profile to populate the job factory profile and search as it is more customisable to a niche industry" : Please elaborate what exactly you are referring to by "customizable".
