Forum Store & Points Additions

I have a publicly released points and store mod for phpBB3. I need a few things added to them.

1). A field titled "purchases" needs to be added to the mysql table phpbb_user. When an item is added to the store, a text field should be available to assign it a unique id. When the item is purchased, the unique id needs to be added to the field "puchases". This must support multiple purchases.

2). An ability to restrict store items by forum group needs to be added. This needs to support multiple groups.

3). Some store items must automatically expire after a set amount of hours from purchase. Some items will never expire, so do not require an expiration time.

4). An optional ability to assign a group or rank when an item is purchased. The group or rank change should be undone if the item expires or is removed.

5). In template file [url removed, login to view] there is a function that looks like this:

I need a function that checks the purchases field, as described above in #1, and functions like the following:
