This first section is simple recreating an excel spreadsheet in HTML5 for data input

This will save data to a MySQL 5.5 using PHP 3.3. We modify the above slightly with colors and fonts, etc. Note the Revenue and Expense sections are collapsible
The next section will simple load the data from the database and allow you to edit it, delete a line and move data from one section to another. There will be some calculations in terms of totals and % that need to be calculated and heatmap to display the % difference in color.

The Freelancer will receive an extremely detailed Statement of works that should answer all questions, all graphics supplied, a few other bits and pieces required. Graphics provided, we want smooth animations and a look a feel of quality to this section. This need to work in all browsers with HTML 5, Jscript, CSS 3
