Consulting for New Website Building

I need to create brand new website for online printing shop. Home page comes with categories and many product choices under each category. Customer must be able to choose a product (example postcard) paper card-stock, finishing option, quantity, due date, shipping method and more. On the product page I need a text and picture with description, play audio or youtube video, download a template and upload a final print ready graphic design (or send graphic on CD through mail), then pay online, get a job number and electronic prove. Also possibility having online design to make a project easy and fast. You as a consultant must come up with step by step instructions how to start this project, what must be used software, plugins, programmings, shopping cart just imagine you are placing this order.
