Card game app - design and code phase one (03)

Hi Freelancers This simple project is for the FIRST PHASE of a card game app and *** my budget is $60. *** I require the foundation (phase 1) for an interactive multi-player card game. This means that users (players) must be able to connect with other players through a website of the game owner's choice. The game is hosted on the website and will use a MySQL database. The minimum tables and their columns will be specified in the “MySQLtables” file that will be supplied to contestants on request. The bid winner should be awarded the second phase of the project development after signing the relevant NDA's etc. I will measure contestants' communication abilities as they will be very important for the later completion of (phase 2 of) the project. The app will offer users a free playing version and a "pay as you go" version at various levels. I am totally flexible on the choice of screen layout and design. Please submit sample screen layout(s) with your bid. The game should be playable on all mobile devices and PCs. Note that the app must be designed with easy translation into other languages in mind.
