Separated Product Manager for Magento

I have a big category,I want to have different product editors.
The product editor only can access "catalog\manage products" and only manage their own products at Magento back-end .
The another function for the separated product manager is to manage product’s attachments including video code and url of attachments.
I already have the code of extension which can upload two kind of attachments including file,URL and video code.but it is not designed for separated product manager.
The extension has three tables. “downloads_categoriesâ€, â€download filesâ€, and â€download_relationâ€.
I have design the db again.
I hope bidder can do it together with product management. I can afford additional fee.
There are about 6000 attribute sets; it is hard to find them. So I hope there is a 4 layers navigation, the user choose first category layer, the relative second category layers are displayed, and then select the right attribute set.
