Hello. I need a quick website designed. Along with the website, I'll need a logo. When you bid, please include samples of previous work as well as a quick mock-up of what my site will look like. The site will be for a nightclub production company, a company that puts on events at nightclubs. So, it needs to be hip, yet professional and simple. I don't really want any clunky flash; just clean and simple code that will be easy for me to edit in the future. There should be a home page, an about page, an page entitled input on which we will put polls, an upcoming events page, a photos page, and a contact page. Please, be creative with the site design. Think out of the box in terms of spacing and alignment, as well. Simple, professional, and hip. Final product must be several HTML files which I'll then upload to my server. The logo file should be delivered in several different formats. If you know you can do a great site but aren't good with logos, tell me and we'll work something out. Thanks so much. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
