We have developed a web based service that tracks user activity on website ads. We have had this as a subscription model up until now. We want to move to port modify this software so that it can be easily installed on other people servers quickly and easily.
The software developers that developed this have not been very receptive to our needs. We will require a team that have high availability and are quick to respond to changes.
As part of this there will be several changes required. The actual software requires no special software other than PHP and MySQL (edited from original post) so that should be ok.
1) Check the actual software to make sure that it is working as it should be.
2) 3 minor feature inclusions. These are generally just different reports.
3) Changing the software layout so that it reflects the new functionality and purpose.
4) Make it so it has an install wizard.
5) Remove two features.
6) Add an admin authentication (currently using .htaccess).
We are also interested in developing a permenant relationship so that they will support users directly, in exchange for a % of the sale price of the software.
We will also require continual development with our new team if things work out well.
## Deliverables
