Modifications on Joomla 1.5

1 - is about news, I have categorized them into different years, I want it to be shown like in the picture, once you click the title, say it will be lead to the full story, full stretch, no scrolling, you can ignore the iframe, u can use whatever coding that u think the best, then a back button at the bottom of the story. 2 - greeting system, I need the event name can be shown right to bar just bellow the top menu, It has be automated updates of daily event that can be update in admin.I wish to update its once a month for the entire month, could you make it into like calender updates? 3 - automated expired project system, just 10 tables like the pic, but the description need to be able to update from admin, need to set a expired date from admin, then once it's expired, it will not show at the front end anymore. The site has 2 Language, English and Bahasa Malaysia,you no need to do the translations, I have install the bahasa malaysia n joomfish in my site, everything is working fine.
