Full Time (OOP) PHP Developer Needed

We are looking for a full time developer that can work 40 hours per week on our projects. I've tried to find a full time developer on GAF in the past and got nothing but people that make promises and can't keep them. This time around I want a developer that can be on instant messenger or phone from 10am-6pm (U.S. Central time: -6 GMT) Someone that I can reach ANY time I need them. I DO NOT WANT PEOPLE THAT CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH ME "ALL" DAY LONG! We have a LOT of work and I can't afford to hire another slacker that doesn't respond to my request - THIS IS IMPORTANT. If I can't reach you during the day you will not be paid. If you can't work for us FULLTIME don't even bother posting your bid. We will not pay any developers that 'disappear' during the day. It is important that you work for US and no one else so we're looking for an "individual" NOT a company. I don't want to waste time hiring someone that says he'll be available and then I can't get a hold of them. If you believe you can do this work for us on a FULLTIME basis please let me know. NOW for the job description: We are looking for a "REAL" PHP developer that has a strong background in Object Oriented PHP. Our ideal candidate will know how to use PHP frameworks. We use Yii framework and are building out a project for a CMS. You should know about security (XSS, MySQL injection etc) and should have strong work ethics. If you can help us finish this CMS, we will give you a raise in pay and keep you on our team for life. We are a Web development company and we're not going to hire another "company" to do this. We are just looking for an INDIVIDUAL that wants to work for us - period. The job pays $400 per week and we "might" want to fly you into the states (if you're out of the country) from time to time, but this is not a major obstacle if you can't travel. Also, you must have VERY good English skills. We do not want someone that is difficult to communicate with. IMPORTANT: We DO NOT want a company to work with us.
