Booking system for website

we have a current website ([login to view URL]) that has been written in Dot Net Nuke...we have a new website that is about to go live, that is written in PHP5. We need a booking system that integrates with this website (it needs to also be written in PHP5). I have had a quick ‘brain dump’ of what things we need the booking engine to be able to do: - Needs to link directly to the front end for dates and prices and availability (in a sense we are selling a ‘product’ in that most trip dates have a maximum of 12 spaces that can be sold) - Name, email, home address, phone number (and also date of birth, allergies, dietary requirements) - Ability to book for more than one person (up to 12) - Ability to ensure people ‘accept’ booking terms and conditions - Ability to offer add-ons such as insurance, extra nights, single supplements if travelling alone and want their own room rather than share) - Credit card payments (would also like to accept bank transfers ??" is this possible??) - Ability to take payment in the form of a 20% deposit with balance payable 60 days prior (and automatic requirement for payment in full if booking less than 60 days prior to trip start date) - Automatic email reminders for these balance payments - Ability to add text in the booking process to give customers comfort (e.g. “you have just done ‘x’, the next step is ‘y’, and if you have any problems or questions, please phone us on 0800… or email us at z - Ability to make clear to users what information is mandatory (and for us to be able to add text so we can explain why something is mandatory) - Simple customer registration and log-on - Ability for customers to ‘add to wish list’ as per Amazon and have these trips saved for a later time - Ability to automatically notify someone if a trip requires a police check, and for them to acknowledge this ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP5, MySQL, ASP and MSSQL
