Mambo type site with CMS

I'm looking for a CMS that i can use to develop a number of sites using this CMS. Something like mambo but not the same layout as mambo. I want to be able to choose different colours and layout from the CMS. The idea so that no two sites will look the same but they will be created using this CMS. Since mambo is freely available i will pay winning bidder $30 for CMS This should not take long to complete. The idea of this CMS is so i can give people a website for their business very easy and they can use this CMS to keep it up to date themselves. Users will not know any html so CMS editor must be very easy to use such as creating new pages, menu items, uploading images, creating links, etc. I repeat this can be done in a very short time. Somebody will have this already done, so i will pay $30 for it. thankyou. smithub
