Wordpress Custom Post Coding for Real Estate Listings

Setup wordpress site and code a custom post type to display real estate listings. ## Deliverables We have a design ready to be loaded into Wordpress. The site is for a home builder and the web design calls for a page with some home listings. We know how to enable Wordpress to show a custom home page and we know how to get the design plugged into a template for the sub-pages and general blog posts. We do not know how to enable Wordpress custom post types or if the design created will work in Wordpress. Data requirements: 1. There will be multiple "neighborhood" pages 2. Each neighborhood will have a name and a description 3. Each neighborhood will have a unique header banner image 4. Each neighborhood will have a "play video" link that opens a popup in ajax (see example page) 5. Each neighborhood will have a link to a map (see example page) 6. Each neighborhood will have a "Design Gallery". There might be up to 15 designs per neighborhood. Each design will show a thumbnail image and a design name. Clicking the image will open an associated PDF that will need to be linked to. uploaded by admin. 7. Each neighborhood will show many home listings for homes in that neighborhood. 8. Each home listing will need to have multiple photos uploaded by the Admin (see example page) 9. Each home listing will have specific fields like address, bedrooms, baths, etc. 10. Each home listing will have an external URL associated with it that will link off to another realty website. We have all of the design done and HTML coded. Now we just need to bring it to life in Wordpress and build the Wordpress Dashboard to allow the Admin to manage the data and make it display into the design format like the sample links above. We need a fast turn-around on this project and are looking for someone very experienced in Wordpress.
