I need an expert in Joomla to make changes to my existing website. ? Below are the changes I need completed ASAP.

Change food spotting up top to Bigangler logo.
change the noms ribbon on the picture to a fishing bobber.

as an administrator I should be able to delete anyones pictures and comments.
delete should delete picture and comments. ? Looks the current delete is deleting but leaving some things behind.
Change IPHONE menu item to MOBILE APP
right hand column change "All Time Top Foodspotters" to "All Time Leaderboard"
right hand column change "This Week's Top Foodspotters" This Week's Leaders"
map does not work on the right. should work like it does on foodspotting.com. ? It seems to find thing like us, usa, vn we need to figure out how its working now. ? why does it search on somethings but now all.
Top homepage "Share" change to "Brag"
Fields under Share first one put in grey text default message "what did you catch" second field "where did you catch it" ? look at [url removed, login to view] for example. ? text disapears when clicking in the field.
Change "Find" up at the top right to "Find Fish"?
change login box to be like [url removed, login to view] login box.
add feedback tab on the side of the screen.
Change menu item "Guides" to "Fishing Challenges"
remove bottom image of website. ? add in bottom section from [url removed, login to view] ? < this is my website and is in the cpanel where this site is.
add a tab to the main homepage called Directory and TackleStore
TackleStore can show them [url removed, login to view]
I use phpdirectory and that will be what is in the directory tab.
the upload form for uploading a pic needs all values editable. increase size so there is not text wrap or scroll bar.
Venue Type change to Type and give it values Freshwater, Saltwater
when up upload a picture on the homepage it seems to grey our the picture. ? I dont want that. ? I am not sure why it is doing that. ? "bluegill @ Big Bear Resort" this one does it.
