**I just want the development section done, I have the layout design & want the coder to slice the layout in web2.0**. 1- Admin panel for all services. Admin should also have the power to Create/Edit/Delete pages in differen categories. Also add a Paid & Not Paid check in user database for Adv. & Marketplace sections 2- I want a forum & chat 3- Schools,Clubs,Churches,History,Events Each section is an individual &? should b dynamic so that when Admin adds history text & images, a dynamic page should b generated under the History Section. All other sections should have the same functionality. Admin should b able to Edit/Deleteor create new pages using Admin Panel.? A simple pagination system for each section(in case of more than 1 pages). 4- Parents Section. In this section, parents would b able to receive school reports & results of their chidlren. 5- There will b an advertisement section which will allow user to pay through paypal after choosing an advertisement plan. You can use Paypal Button for this. 6- Marketplace In this section, people could sell/buy or swap their goods. Here everything? could b available from a needle to aeroplan :-) 7- Play Online Games(free) Here you can put 8-10 free flash games for kids? to play online. 8- Weather A small box in the homepage at right bottom corner which will show the local weather forecast. 9- Fuel rates A section, where admin could put latest prices of fuel & this automatically generate a webpage with the information. This job is really simple for an experienced developer. You can even use DRUPAL for this too, but you must use my own designed layout. ?
