I need a tropo setup to do the following:
I input phone numbers into the system along with times to text each phone number a reminder a day before and an hour before a telephone conference is scheduled. A conference is always between 2 parties.
When it is time for the conference, each party will call a phone number and enter a pin number which I will have sent to them. Upon entering the correct pin, they are both placed in the same conference room. Their entire conversation is recorded and stored on my server. The system will beep after 10 minutes and automatically disconnect the parties after 20 minutes. It must be able to handle multiple conferences at the same time.
I need to be able to access the recorded file of their conversation, so it will have to be named or categorized somehow.
