We are looking to build an eCommerce site based on Open Source environment, either free or commercial platform. We are open-minded as for the environment for this site therefore you can propose your favorite environment. We have the basic three page design that you'll need to convert to a proper template.

Basically this is a simple project to create a template from already designed images. The following information is to give you an idea of the solution we are looking for. We are looking to start a relationship for future projects, enhancements and maintenance.

The design for the template is created in HTML format and you can find it in [url removed, login to view] . Click on the first image to get the next level (items list), click on that image and you'll get the item page.

Initially we expect to have at least the features that are available in typical ecommerce platform, such as osCommerce – see [url removed, login to view] . The more useful features the better.

Our wish-list for future capabilities (not mandatory at this time);

- Multi stores capabilities

- CMS integration

- CRM integration

- Integration with social sites like Twitter

- Affiliation program, in and out

- Customer chat

- Electronic media sale (downloads)

- VoIP

We expect the site to be based on an existing stable version of a package. Changes to the original package must be traceable. New object should be placed in separated folders that are not part of the base package as much as possible. Changes to original objects should be documented to allow proper maintenance and possible upgrades.

We are open-minded to any language / script, though it seems that most options are based on PHP and mySQL. From the above description, you may want to base this site on a CMS platform with an eCommerce extension, or come up with your own solution.
