Serif WebPlus X5 integrate php script with PayPal Minicart

This SIMPLE project is for someone that is very familiar with Serif WebPlus X5 and can assist me to incorporate and modify several existing php and javascripts in a simple ecommerce site.
What I have:
1) A Serif WebPlus X5 website file that has an existing PayPal Mini-Cart that is customized with some javascript that pulls pricing data from an embedded table (not a typical or default WebPlus MiniCart, it has been modified).
2) Several self standing and working, php scripts that pull live pricing data from a product supplier. I have modified the main php script to work properly in a page within the above mentioned WebPlus file.
What I need:
1) Modify the existing PayPal Mini-Cart with the pricing data that my existing, working, php scripts pull from my product supplier with my standard wholesale cost and modify this to add the retail markup percentage from the live pricing data. The markups must be added to the php scripts that are secure on my server. This must also include incorporation of another javascript/ajax code that pulls a filename from my server. These data items must update in the PayPal MiniCart throughout the checkout process. Further confidential information will be given upon acceptance of this project.
This should be a fairly simple and easy task. When completed, I need to know the exact details of how the files were modified and where and how to make any future edits myself. Therefore, we will work closely through TeamViewer and Skype (Voice), therefore excellent English speaking is a must.
What this project is not:
1) This is NOT a project for modification of my html code on my server, as the changes MUST be within WebPlus, therefore please do not attempt to talk me into other alternatives or software etc.
2) This is NOT an eCommerce build from scratch, nor a continuing project.
