37217 Resume &Portfolio Hosting Site

This is a contract between Web-master and Programer for the completion of a Resume and picture hosting website. Both Web-master and Programer will agree on the following points. 1) Programer agrees to keep fully available until needed and the site is to full satisfaction. 2) Web-master will give Notice 7 days in advance to programer by email to hold programer on the job or to terminate the agreement. 3) the Amount for each 7 day week will be $250.00 based contingent of a full 8 hours NET per day. 4) A minimum of 4 full continuos hours per day between breaks is agreed by the programer, and programer will "check in" during work via messenger or email once minimum of every 45 minutes to establish presence or to answer any questions. 5) Web-master has option of scheduling work hours to be on line from 9AM to 1PM then from 4PM to -8PM - this time is based on the LOCAL TIME of the programers location. 6) Work is to start at 9:00AM, programers time, and programers agrees to a full 8 hours NET of work per day. 7) If the programer can meet the time estimate requirements, programer can request more flexible work times. 8) Work will be reviewed every day to determine progress and to determine if the work meets the requirements as requested and as given on the LIST Outline. 9) Web-master will send new work "LIST outline" to the programer and the programer will give estimate no later then the next day. Web-master will then decide if work will be done or not, depending on price and time. Programer will agree and be bound to the estimate for the price and time as quoted. Programer can deduct the time needed to do the estimate providing that it is reasonable and does not exceed 2 hrs per estimate. 10) In the event of any dispute regarding "ONLY the COMPLETION and performance of the WORK", based on the LIST outline and the ESTIMATE from the programer, both web-master and programer agree to have ScripLance mediate and make decision as to if the work meets the requirements as agreed. 11) 250 US dollars will be sent to programer as soon as the programer make commitment to work, and agrees with the terms stated in this contract.
