Redesigning & Recoding Article Directory

Hi, I run a pretty popular Article Directory based on the ArticleDashBoard script. I need that site to be redesigned and change the look and feel of the directory and need to add more features to it. Anyone who has experience in customizing the Article Dash Board script would be preferred. The person should also have understanding about SEO when they redesign the site. The current page urls should not be changed, it should remain the same. Thanks TJ
