Real Estate Site with IDX MLS Search integrat

Build a real estate site that can allow users to search real estate listings in that will pull listings from the Local MLS IDX system (ONLY APPLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT MLS IDX feed is) NOT using 3rd party IDX providers. I would prefer a map based search with pop ups that show a star rating with user revies and photos with buttons for the option to make an appointment to see the home. Must be familiar with Google Maps real estate portion. Will farther explain the scope of the project. The most difficult factor being familiar with MLS IDX data feed. ONLY APPLY if you have experience or understanding of California Real Estate MLS Systems, MLS IDX system date feeds because I will not be paying any milestone or advanced payments. I have done this before and know that not many people are capable of this.
