Programmer assisting me in various projects

I am looking for someone to assist me in the coming month or two in a number of projects. Work will be handed out on a daily-to-weekly basis and will always be PHP-related.
You need to be capable of communicating fluently in english, working personally on the task (no "outsourcing") and have extensive knowledge with:
* PHP5 (Object Oriented)
* mySQL
* HTML / CSS2 (design principles, etc)
* JavaSript, XML, JSON, AJAX (preferred)
* Frameworks: jQuery, Prototype/Scriptaculous

Ok, I received lots of applicants who have mediocre OO skills. I myself have been coding for over 12 years, so please don't think you can fool me easily :)
Also, I need someone who can be reachable during the time that he is working. Preferrably Skype, but MSN or ICQ also ok.
