I am in need of a freelancer to create a simple but effective online accounting software.

Please Note:

*You may be required to add extra features in the future

*You are required to have a good level of the English language

*You are required to have previous Freelancer experience

*You will need prior FULL understanding of the job requirements

*You are required to have and regularly access SKYPE

We are on a VERY limited budget so please do NOT bid more than 150-GBP.

We will pay full 100% when you can show us the working system on YOUR server, then we will pay before you transfer on our server.
