MySpace Music Interaction(repost)

I require a basic site that will: Allow visitors - members and non members to: listen to a random selection of songs from myspace select a time limit before they move onto the next song alter the length of time that the sample plays for : 10,20,30,45,60 seconds while that song is playing they can: click on "add to playlist" - then puts in the playlist to be played later click on "extend" - continues to play the entire song click on "more from this artist" - puts more songs from this artist through their playlist click on "less from this artist" - stops songs from this artist through their playlist Allow for basic user sign up: allow these users to rate and tag songs, and nominate what genre they think it belongs in listen to songs already tagged with certain words, given certain ratings, or from a certain genre while doing this one of every 5 songs will be a new untagged or unrated song
