High Quality WP Project

Hello, We are looking for a highly talented website coder who has not only a proven experience in php, javascript, jquery, mysql, css, seo and wordpress, but also a professional designer’s eye. A candidate must be both an expert in coding and innovative designer. We are launching a new WP site. This is a content sharing project. Members can add, edit, rank, vote and comment posts. We are looking for an expert who could tweak some of the existing features of the site and add further functionality to the project. There are numerous points to be addressed. A complete and well described project plan will be sent to a selected developer. Briefly, here are things that have to be done: 1. Restrict back-end access for certain groups of users i.e. all except admin. 2. Hide that the website is based on WP. Source code and certain applications should not reveal that the site is powered by WP. 3. Users should be able to login and add post via native front-end login and Facebook connect. 4. Add a high quality Private Messaging functionality. Members should have the ability to send messages to each other. Also improve comment system to include thumbs up, thumbs down, report buttons. Add report button for posts. 5. Modify layout to include advertisement areas on LHS and RHS offsite. 6. Add thumbs up thumbs down style voting next to the post title and thumbnail. 7. Modify existing widget which shows top rankings (thumbs up) to include filters. 8. Flawless implementation of GD-star rating, edit css and other custom modifications. 9. Develop functionality to add/attach small images on thumbnail pictures. For instance, 50x50pix image with text “Try this” should appear in thumbnail on top of the main picture. 10. Adopt functionality to filter posts by certain criteria. 11. Site optimization to make it lighter & faster. 12. Search engine optimization. 13. Site security assurance. 14.
