My site is looking strange in IE 9 and I need someone to fix these things. Of course the changes should only effect IE 9, as the site looks fine in other browsers. There is one other issue that is not related to IE9. A list of issues is below:

login test/test
1. Top register, log in, my submissions and log out (after loggin in) have the right image portion misaligned vertically.
2. At the bottom, if you hover over the 'privacy policy' the box is cut off on the right.
3. After logging in the models, datasets and faq section below the slideshow are aligned to the left. They should be center aligned.
4. The wrapper on the contribute page does not show up. This is a flash application, and I believe there is an issue with IE 9 not supporting flash. If you are unable to get the flash application to display, then display a message (highly visible, an alert window would be goood) saying, "Internet Explorer 9 does not support flash. Please view this page in Google Chrome or Firefox."
5. The browse page does not display. I don't think this is a flash issue. It may be related to the mootools, or j-query tools that are used to run the application inside of the wrapper. You will need to look into this one to fix it. Once the application is displaying correctly make sure that all functions (details, print, etc.) are working the same as they do in Chrome.
6. On contact page, the helper words in the text box are a little too low in the box.
Finished with IE 9 Fixes, the next one is for all browsers
7. Non IE9 Issue - Administrators should be allowed to delete.

login test/test
you wont be able to see the problem as the above user does not have admin privilages
when someone is logged in as an administrator they should have the ability to delete articles. The button appears, but when clicked a message appears saying: You are not allowed to edit the content. This operation is only available to the author.
Authors are allowed to delete their own articles, but this should not prevent administrators from deleting articles as well. Authors should still be allowed to delete their own articles.
Your site has many more errors when we "look under the hood".
It also has an incredible load time. It will be necessary to have access to all the files.
We code in strict XHTML 1.0.
