I have a text file that contains US and International Addresses. All the addresses have a 2 character country code at the end, this is called an ISO 3166 Country Code. There is a published list of the 2 character codes and their Full Country Name matches in html, xml, and txt on the right side of this website [login to view URL]
I need a script or something to replace all the 2 character codes with the appropriate Full Country Name. Not only replace, but on a line down in the file.
I have attached before and after examples.
I am fine with a locally run solution, or something I need to host online. As long as the output is a text file that is formatted with the new and proper information. I can add something to a database online if that is needed to store the info and do the lookups with php or mysql...
Must be a local Windows script or online hosted with PHP / Mysql.
