Facebook Banners web

I need website that allows visitors to choose banners and upload them on their facebook profile. For better understanding please check out [login to view URL] and test it by yourself for easier understand. I need it to be similiar like [login to view URL] BUT without few functions. I dont need all those generators made in flash like "create a banner", "create a name" "create an arrow" "banners for friends" etc... I dont need those generators. Website must have admin area where i can name and make new categories (categories would show automaticly in alphabet order on site), and i must be able to upload new banners, put them in certain category, give name to banner. When visitors clicks on desired banner, it will show banner upload page and under banner would be facebook comments plugin, just like on fbanners.com. You would need to place my google adsense code in website aswell. Site will be in language other then english but i already have ready header and other parts that are already translated (admin area can be in english). Above each banner would be facebook like button and behind number of likes. In "menu" i dont need "suggest a banner", todays banners", "invite friends". Its pretty much similiar like [login to view URL] but much easy to build without those generators in flash .
