Develop website-based estimating page on existing website. Will need to calculate cost of up to 14 different items based on quantity entered by user against a rate chart.
Display on-page calculation for each item and total. Email estimate to website owner if requested.
## Deliverables
Website visitor to fill in form to request estimate. Form will optionally capture contact information, email, phone and comments
Estimate will calculate cost of each type of product against rate chart (qty x price)
Estimate will calculate per item and total
Estimate will be presented either at bottom of form or on a separate page
Estimate will be printable and include current date
Estimate will send an email notice to website owner for followup / tracking
Estimate to include a user "forward request" to website owner
Estimate to include website owner branding / business information (provided)
Brief Terms and Conditions to be included on printable estimate (for example, quote valid for 30 days)
Project needs to be developed, integrated with existing web site, tested, and finalized ASAP. October 31, 2008 - if possible
