editing control panel

Hi, take a look at [login to view URL] you will see a list of upcoming events. I need a backend control panel that links to a mysql db where end user can insert update and delete events for this hotel. But when the event is out of date it will automatically disappear off the site but remain on the database. I want the user to be able to view all the events in the control panel by clicking on a button and given the choice to print these out. I have most of the work done i just want a small piece of adjustment. I will only pay $30 because it is very small and will take very little time thankyou.
