We need to develop a text editor to "human-correct" transcriptions made by ASR (Automated Speech Recognition).
* HTML5 / PHP / Js / Jquery / Web browsers
* Interactive transcript (as on Youtube, cuepoint scripts)
* by clicking on a word => pause => edit word and correct
* existing ASR API integration
* send back the correction to ASR repository
* video commands (usual audio-video player commands + speed = 0,75 or 1 or 1,5 )
* Upload audio-video files
* Download time-coded transcripts and/or plain text
