559752 CSS guru needed for CSS refactoring

I have a site with messy CSS. Even minified, the main CSS file is 76kb. I want someone who is *truly a CSS expert* to go through the code and look for places where it can be refactored to reduce duplication and complexity. Please bid for 1 (one) hour only of your time refactoring CSS, and once we finish that we can assess progress and open another project for the next phase as necessary. Important Important Important: you must include the words "I have taken out the brown M&Ms" in your bid or it won't be accepted (google for the phrase if you're wondering why). No exceptions. Mentioning your expertise in CSS would probably be A Good Thing. Extra bonus: you're also a Javascript coder and can help analyse where we can remove or reduce some of the 18 scripts currently in use.
