The sites function is to display and update data held in MYSQL the site also executed "scraping" software written in VB , XML feeds also populated pages when requested .
The bugs are numerous and organisation to the site is limited this project is to write data flow diagrams and improve the logic of the site .
The freelancer will be chosen based on their hourly rate and their degree of means of communication ie a skype account is essential .
