Password

I need a database driven password web page using any of the following xml/java/mysql or anything that is relatively safe and easy to use and [login to view URL] msaccess please. User page must open in a borderless window for user input of password and user name, with a maximum of 2 tries after which user would be redirected to a site of my [login to view URL] click must be [login to view URL] the wrong password is enetered then a message box or an alert should be displayed. Administration side, I must be able to manually,edit, add, delete users, and import bulk users as well from a delimited character text file (which I will generate from an msaccess97 table). I must be able to enter user name, password, and url to which the user will be redirected according to my [login to view URL] I need the option to have the url redirection open in a borderless page or normal,( may be by adding 2 check boxes next to the url). By saying borderless I mean the page should not have the menu,toolbar or address displayed. So the fields on the admin. side should be user, password, url, open link normal, open link borderless, or something like that. Administration should be done over a web page,(not from a desktop application). Administrator is only one, and must have a separate password to administer the passwords. Everything must work out of the box, and I should be able to drop it on my webserver and start working, I don't want to start configuring .I need it fast by sunday the latest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Platform independent ## Deadline information Must work out of the box, Must be able to drop it on my webserver and start working 1/14/03 midnight
