1. Modify location and style of featured listings.
2. Add horizontal menu system and modify other menus.
3. Modify fields and locations in search and display pages.
4. Need to write small back-end program to select [each] of four featured listings randomly by zip code from data base.
5. Add one flash image.
6. Change colors, tables, fonts etc to meet specs of client.
7. Help create simple logo image.
8. Have existing template for modification.
