Mobile phone software to see IP cameras

**I need of a software for mobile phone that support JAVA language so _this software is compatible with all mobile phones_ that are compatible with JAVA. I can evaluate to develop this project for embedded (Windows Mobile or Symbian), but I need of valid motivation. :-) ** This software has to display images (JPEG) coming from one or more IP cameras. The IP cameras are installed direclty on DSL cable through a router and the DSL line has a static IP. When the software connect to UMTS/GPRS net it show one camera at time (one every "n" seconds). In order to enable or disable the software on the user mobile phone, before to connect to the IP address the software has to connect to an url (i.e.: <[login to view URL]>). The page result tell to the software if the user "123456" is enabled or disabled to display the video from IP cameras. **I have written 220 USD, but if it is a small amount for this work, please let me know!** _**The coder will use a remote demo IP cam, in order to make tests. I will tell the address in a second time. **_ **Please note** that the IP cam has a *connection string*, so every camera is different. A cam can show the jpg image at the address: <[login to view URL]>; another cam: <http://.../temp/[login to view URL]>; another cam: <http://.../[login to view URL]>, and so on. Every IP cam need to access with user and pwd. So the user will add a new cam in the software (nickname for the cam, connection string, username and password). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All UMTS/GPRS mobile phones that support J2ME. Or embedded device (Symbian/Windows Mobile).
