Mac / PC compatible Java Applet HTML Editor

**The Project ** Somewhere out there is a talented group with a product in development that they are willing to sell to us a truly amazing HTML editor for integration within our own CMS, unbranded and unlimited use. We are a new contender to the market with a very exciting product, but we need help with a really feature rich and cross platform HTML editor. **Mac Browsers:** Safari, Netscape **PC:** IE 5+, Netscape, Mozilla **Environment:** Windows Server 2003 **Features required:** - Highlighting multiple cells, merge and split options in "smartcons" - Pull down cell sizer for tables to insert new table (and standard as well) - Color options buttons similar to dreamweaver - inside interface without having to launch other windows. - Standard options typical to HTML editors. -Cleanup HTML option. **Text:** **Full Spellchecking**, word count, and character count and option somehow to add languages. **Needed:** English, Czech. **Thesarus:** for suggested words built in. Font size listed as windows standard. (Like CSS - 10pt, 12pt, 14pt). **Assets: **Must have provisions for easy flash and video import off admin set folder locations. **Look:** Just look at a dreamweaver toolbar. That kind of simplicity - all the options right there without having to launch or fish through lots of anoying windows and popups. **The application has to look really, really great too.** Typical "Java Cool", transparency, fading menus - look like a mac on a pc. **What we hate:** Selecting tables is difficult in ACE, requiring razor precision to grab a window. Ace requires you to click inside a cell and launch the table window over and over - and you cannot highlight multipe cells without selecting an entire table. Any online tool that requires users to download something (with exception of flash) = not good. **What we Love:** Editors that look like Word and function with that kind of ease and look as good as Mac OSX. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
