Fix [login to view URL] for Tomcat6 Application

I am running an application under Tomcat 6. I believe there is a problem with how the [url removed, login to view] file is defined for some new code. The application is attached.

To test:

1. Place the "sample" directory under the webapps directory of Tomcat6.

2. Start Tomcat6

3. Open the URL: http:/localhost[portno]/sample

4. Click on the 'Browse A File' link

5. When the popup appears, click on the Browse button.

There will be an error. I believe this is due to the [url removed, login to view] not being correctly defined.
