Design Islam Website Joomla based

I am looking for a talented designer/coder who can create website on Islam with a beautiful Islamic look. The background of this site's pages should be similar to [login to view URL] and front page similar to: [login to view URL]

Color theme: Blue, Orange and white and gray.

The back ground need to have colorful, professional and neatly designed.

Once you finish the design you will be integrating the design with Joomla.

I have defined the categories and I will want the coder to add those categories and set up the website completely functional.

Your final delivery will enable me add contents (text, video,audio,images etc) independently and easily from the joomla admin site.
