Add Video Uploader To Geodesic

I need someone to integrate a video uploader (It may be youtube direct API OR Any Widget or anything custom) to a classified website . Presently there are provisions to upload images and to add youtube video links and embed code. But what i want is user must be able to upload their own recorded or customized videos directly from their system/laptop etc. beside youtube video adding. I found youtube direct API or kaltura can do this job.
