Custom Wordpress Theme

I would like a custom wordpress theme that i can install that will make my blog look like the following webpage: <[login to view URL]> Basically, i want to be able to re-use this theme with many different topics so all i would do is upload a new header that is 700 pixels wide (same as sample page above). The background color is not important. Perhaps instead of a background color, a thin border around the content will work fine because i will be using many different header images and i dont think this brown background will work. So a plain white background is fine with a thin border around the content so it can be used with any color header images. Also, i would like you to provide instructions on how to install wordpress into subdomains and how to SEO optimize the settings for the wordpress blogs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
