PSD to Drupal Responsive CMS Site

I have a exciting project to offer to an experienced developer, as we will need custom made modules. We have a 15 page site that needs to be developed from PSD to a fully functioning responsive Drupal site. Desktop & Mobile only required. All content will need to be driven by the drupal cms. A detailed brief will be provided to the chosen Developer. We are looking to develop a working relationship with a developer for ongoing projects in the future.

We will be setting up milestone payments through of the project to make sure quality & site is developed to brief functionality. We are happy to consider bids up to $1200 now.
We would like to view a development link to see website progress and daily updates.
We would like the site to be complete by 29th September 2014, if you can not achieve this please do not bid.
When we choose a developer, we would like to organise a kick of Skype meeting to talk through website and answer any questions. PSD's will be supplied.
