Webdesign and brand design synergy

Our company currently has 3 websites for our existing businesses, with two of them being service/product specific and the third being our parent company which is more informative. We are looking for some assistance in carrying over brand recognition and synergy across the websites and add some creative design and functionality. There is nothing too complex with the existing websites. One is written in WordPress site, one is an eCommerce (OSCommerce) site, and the last is a CMS site. I am not a web programmer at all but have created them myself from templates and manage the eCommerce site with few issues. I feel like I have taken them as far as my skill can take them hence we are looking for someone who can help polish them and make their web-presence more desirable.
