I need a simple website developed and some simple graphics designed too. Though, the site must maintain style and professionalism. Basically, the site will be a simple php/html site, in which on the home-page the consumer will be able to insert simple details (into 3 fields) about a problem they are having, and then once they finish that they will click 'submit'. At this point, they will then be directed to Paypal where they will pay the amount requested ($9.95) and then the problem they filled out before will be successfully sent to my email address. Note that the script should not send the person's details to me until they have paid via PayPal. This is the only 'complicated' aspect of the site. This should be very easy for anyone to complete if they have the proper experience in web design/development. As for the style and design, I like a blue/white color scheme and I need the logo for the site to be created (this logo will be simple - no need for a complicated logo). I need the site developed within 2 weeks, though you may take longer if necessary. Full details about idea will be revealed upon successful application.
