Opencart Website Cleanup

I'm currently in Vietnam (HCMC) shooting video and developing content for our website, and would like to find a local developer to work with. We already have a functional eCommerce site up and running, that I built myself in PHP/HTML using Joomla, Opencart, and Mijoshop. We are a start-up fair trade import company working with Vietnamese artisans and selling in America. Our website is functional, but pretty boring. We would like to add some new features and greatly improve our custom Joomla template. The first option to add (to test the waters) is an "out of stock" banner on our product photos on the category pages. But we are looking for someone with Graphic Design skills (or access to someone with those skills) to make our site look more professional. We have some example websites built in Opencart that have the look and feel we want, so we have a clear idea of where we want to go. Would like to start small on here to get us connected, but we have lots of project work to do for the future. We are also looking to offer web site design and development in the US in the future, and would like to find someone who my Vietnamese wife can work with locally and I can work with remotely.
