We are re-designing our entire website portfolio, so we’re happy to discuss new programming languages for each project. To-date however, we have used the following: IT SKILLS USED TO-DATE: PHP, CSS & HTML, API experience, XML, CODEIGNITOR, Email Marketing / Newsletter & Knowledge of Affiliate Networks & landing page optimization. VITAL IT SKILLS: PLEASE STATE PROFICIENCY 1. Email Marketing – 2. Google AdWords / AdSense - 3. SEO – 4. Landing page optimization - IT PROJECTS REQUIRED: 1. Panel Recruitment Site – User Friendly (item1) 2. On-Line Market Research Panel Site (item 2) 3. Focus Group Recruitment Site (item 3) 4. Daily Survey Site (item 4) POTENTIAL PROJECT: 1. The creation of a supersite with all sites above incorporated into one (item 5) PLEASE NOTE: We need these sites to be user friendly. The operational activities need to be simple so they can be done in-house and every site created with a foresight that duplicate sites can be developed in other countries / languages. ITEMS: 1. Details will be shared if the projects are commissioned with you. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION: Securing these sites (and any possible data collected) from unauthorized access is one of the most important factors to us. This includes ensuring: 1. Confidentiality of any information regarding the business operation. For example: Clients & Operational design / strategy. 2. Safeguarding all data collected through the sites Q: Please advise how you can best ensure that concerns of this nature are negated. BUDGET CONSIDERATION: Within reason, the project cost is not as important as a quality service. The input of ideas, working to agreed timescales, a desire to find the best solutions and long term data security are paramount. Please advise on your payment terms – in particular reference to deposit % and timing schedules. PROJECT TIMELINE: We wish to commence work on these projects ASAP & are happy to work over the festive period if mutually agreeable. Please advise estimate timescales for each of the projects mentioned above. Please also advise on the number of pending projects you’re working on as we’ve had experience of companies who take on more work than they can cater for. Yes that is definitely under our scope. Budget: At the moment we are not sure about the budget. The reason is we need to reach to a stage where we have freeze the scope which initially is called SRS study that would be paid and once we provide you the documentation we shall then start with HTML and designs and then later development. Timeline- This would depend on the SRS document that we provide. Confidentiality- We normally sign NDA wherein we mention that your details would stand confidential and that we would not use your company website in our portfolio. The tenure of confidentiality agreement can be negotiated with our Legal Team. Payment Terms- Negotiable Ongoing work: For this we normally sign a Maintenance contract. we provide 30 days maintenance free. You can visit us if you do feel the need for it. Budget: The budget is tentative. As the exact work would need to be analyzed before the costs are frozen. Skills: The skills you mentioned are part of our repertoire. And I see no difficulties in delivering projects such as the ones you have indicated. Talking about surveys, we have quite a bit of exposure there. In the analytic end as well. Schedule: While there would be a mild delay during holidays, you can expect work to move forward through the year. Payment terms: Since our business relationship is nascent, we will need upfront partial milestones to be created on freelancer.com or equivalent values as bank transfers. I would like to know whether you would expect us to re-design the sites OR this is done by your team inhouse. 2. You have mentioned 4 IT projects required viz. Panel Recruitment Site – User Friendly (item1), On-Line Market Research Panel Site (item ), Focus Group Recruitment Site (item 3), Daily Survey Site (item 4) and a potential fifth project, a supersite which will incorporate all of the the above 4 sites. We would like to know the requirements in detail for all of the websites in order to give you a quote. Unless we know exactly what you are looking for in these websites, it would be difficult for us to estimate the time required for development and hence the costs involved. 3. You have also listed a few website URLs and mentioned that you have a pilot of three of these websites. I therefore believe that these sites are yours, please correct if I am wrong. Again, unless we know what exactly is required to be done for these websites, we would not be able to estimate the time required for development and hence the costs involved. 4. As for securing your websites and data, there are various techniques/policies that would need to be implemented/applied.

Visiting and working with us on-site is no problem, recently we've worked for NYC based client and had their team members with us during 4 weeks of the product development. Our expertise covers PHP5, CSS3, HTML5, XML, Java, JSON, jQuery, AJAX and MySQL programming. Have reference projects involving developing API's, Email Marketing/Newsletter apps, SEO & Google platform, and have worked for Teleco's, Ad agencies, Banks etc. We are familiar with the Codeigniter framework, however we abandoned it because it does not have integrated ORM. We're based on Kohana PHP5 HMVC framework so we're capable of rapid development and complexed data structuring.
