Layout and Graphic Design

I am looking for someone to redesign our site and new logo for our site at [login to view URL] As you can tell, I am no graphic artist :) I need something clean, crisp and fast loading (critical). It cannot be too graphic intense, but it should have a professional look and feel with fast downloads. It cannot look like one of those canned, cookie cutter templates that people throw together. Must be business professional theme. Must use Style Sheets as the current design does. Site is to be in php with the following 5 files: [login to view URL] (top of site) [login to view URL] (left navigational) [login to view URL] (right menus) [login to view URL] (main page or center of page) [login to view URL] (bottom of site) Please submit a visual template with your bid. Best looking layout & logo wins. We have a quick turnaround time also, so if it will take more than a couple of days it may not work out. Must include gif/jpg files as well as source images, preferably in .png format. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE, netscape and opera preferred
