Here is the process I need: 1.A calendar on my website that can be access with login after registration by clients and employees. [login to view URL] can select a day, 2 days, a week whatever and see who is available to work. [login to view URL] click the employees names and can see their profiles if they want. [login to view URL] book them [login to view URL] receive email with client's details and what time to be there [login to view URL] the employee email will be a confirm link that will go to me and client. I want this calendar to be as simple as possible and I have sketches as well. That's about it. What i need to know before starting the project. hello there ! well i have read your project requirements , i think you missed one point . that how data will be entered into system about the availability of employees ? there could be two 2 options , employee have its own control panel in the site to enter/select his availability date/time span , 2nd option is to admin add this in the system . but the better way will be that employee add his availability dates as will as maintain his/her profile .... i have quite best experience of web development and data analysis therefore assure you best and desire piece of work . thanks Muhammad imran

Hi I got the requirement completely and is ready to start with you. I will use wordpress as a base REASONS:- 1. it has user functionality already. I will customize it so user can register as employee or as a client. 2. Employee can mention their availability dates like employee 1 is free on 4th feb so in client view 4th feb dates show employee 1 can be booked. 3. all remaining what requires mailing and confirmation emails and all. Helo Sir Its beter to use PHP development for your project as the server is not much expensive and i also I think you are going to do this as a product by u and planing to get revenue from the users. Then the designing should be good . This all can be made posible with PHP and ajax I had done projects for small financial companies. In that application we had a similar module as you required. They just select the period and need to list out the peoples who need to pay the dues on that particular weak or period and their status.
