Golf website , List of countries, states and cities wanted

Hi I need a list of countries, states, provinces and cities around the world. The list to be placed in a database to be used for searchs vis a drop down menu. For example Country> Australia State, province > NSW City/County > Sydney Also require list of Golf courses around the world.
